Pilot system and fermenters arrived this week, right before Xmas ;)

Now to put our humble brewery into 'commission' with some test batches. If all goes well we should have some beer by the end of the month... (Jan) This is the first major step for us in a very long journy. Now a new one just begins, with a lot of anticipation and excitement.
For now we will Homebrew in my humble garage (staying under the 100gal legal limit for OH), while we 'legalize' our new brewery space property, where we will eventually produce beer for the public. Step by step by step... Cheers,
